The BC Creek Protection Society has been steadily developing over the last while. I often find myself wondering whether or not there will still be creeks to be explored in BC years down the road. These guys are bringing the information to the forefront. The first step on becoming involved is to be informed and this is a great place to start. I especially like the fact that they have taken the approach of not being directly tied to paddling as a recreational interest. All of us who have been down in these unique and amazing places, which are now threatened in BC, know there is more to it than simply a threat to the places we like to paddle.
